These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers, and users of hollysnaturehouse.com. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products

All plants are living organisms. Appearance, size, and condition will vary. Listing photos may depict mature plants; starter plants are shipped unless otherwise specified. We do our best to accurately represent each plant, but natural variation is expected and celebrated.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud or inventory errors). You will be notified and fully refunded if an order is cancelled on our end.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only. Nature House is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier pickup.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. All live plant sales are final. Non-living items may be returned within 14 days per our policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nature House is not liable for plant loss or damage resulting from improper care after delivery, environmental conditions at the destination, or failure to follow care instructions. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photos, copy, and branding — is the property of Nature House and may not be reproduced without written permission.
