How We Ship
We ship domestically within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays are outside our control.
Live Plant Shipping — What to Know
Live plants are shipped with care, but they are living organisms and may experience transit stress. We recommend:
- Opening your package immediately upon arrival
- Giving your plant bright indirect light and a gentle watering
- Allowing 1–2 weeks for it to acclimate to its new home
We ship live plants Monday–Wednesday to minimize weekend delays and reduce the risk of plants sitting in transit over the weekend.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Once your order is ready, you'll receive a notification. Please send a text to 520-979-0238 before coming to pick up. Pickup is by appointment/coordination only.
