Live Plant Shipping – UPS 2-Day Air

Live plants are living things, and time in transit matters. That's why all live plant orders are shipped exclusively via UPS 2-Day Air. This ensures your tropical houseplants spend as little time as possible in a box, arriving fresh, hydrated, and ready to thrive in their new home.

Faster transit = healthier plants. Reduced time in a dark, temperature-variable environment means less stress on your plant.
Temperature-sensitive care. 2-day shipping minimizes exposure to extreme heat or cold during transit, protecting delicate tropical species.
Tracking included. You'll receive a tracking number so you can plan for your plant's arrival.

Live plant orders ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays in transit.

General & Accessory Shipping

Non-living items such as pots, substrates, and care accessories ship via standard ground service. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location.

Local Pickup

Prefer to skip shipping altogether? We offer local pickup at our primary location. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready. This is a great zero-emissions option for our local plant community!

Mixed Cart Orders

If your order includes both live plants and non-living accessories, your items may ship separately to ensure each arrives in the best possible condition. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order contents, destination, and selected shipping method. Live plant shipping via UPS 2-Day Air will be clearly indicated.
