At Nature House, every plant is carefully selected and packed with love before it leaves our hands. Because we work with living things, our return policy reflects the unique nature of what we sell.

Live Plants — All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we stand behind the health of every plant we ship.

Damaged or Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the plant and packaging

We'll review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Photo Disclaimer

Listing photos may feature mature or specimen-sized plants for display purposes. Unless otherwise noted, customers receive starter plants. Size, shape, and leaf count will vary — this is the beauty of working with nature.

Non-Plant Items (Pots, Accessories, Substrates)

Non-living items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Local Pickup Orders

Please inspect your plant at pickup. Once you leave with your order, it is considered accepted.
